November MLS Stats are in!

The November single family home sales for King County were just posted by the NWMLS (Northwest Multiple Listing Service).
The number of listings increased from 9,914 to 10,248 (UP 3.4%), while sales declined in November year over year (YOY) from 1406 to 754 (Down 46.4%).  The attched chard also displays pending sales for the month above [...]
