Welcome to our Seattle (Puget Sound) area Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Search page. You can search all you like providing only minimal contact info.  However, registering provides you all sorts of benefits:

• All of your searches are automatically saved, and you can go back and rename them later!
• You can choose to receive daily or weekly email updates of your searches (or none).
• You can receive email or RSS updates of the changes to a single property by searching n the MLS number.
• You can add any property to your favorites so you can quickly find it later.

Should you choose to register, all we need is the first name,  last name, email address,  Your Realtor’s name if you have one (use NONE if you don’t have one) and pick your password.  No hassles, we promise!  I hate spam worse than you do and your email address will NEVER, ever be sold.
